|benefit=Choose a base class and an NPC class, you are effectively [[Publication:Unearthed Arcana/Building a Gestalt Character|Gestalt]] between both but only when taking levels of either (effectively making them one class). If a the NPC class has less than 20 levels then it granting you do not gain new class features once you reach it maximum levelbeyond normal, class but existing features which still scale with level will still scale howeveryour paired base class.
|example=A character who take this feat choose Fighter and Adept, he has 3 level of fighter and thus receive benefits (including spellcasting, familiar and improved will save) of a 3rd level Adept.
