|reason=This is amazing; One of my favorite spells (Certainly my favorite 1st-level) and this makes it even better. Especially with the (Lesser/Greater) Isaac's Missile Storm spells from the Neverwinter Nights Player Resource Consortium, which already beat all the Epic spells, including Hellball, at damage as it is.
}}This is actually really weak. I think it would work better as something with only three levels and with some modifiers added to magic missile's damage. As it stands, most evocation spells beat it cold in terms of sheer damage. Sure, it's guaranteed damage, but ultimately it's a drop in the bucket.
