|benefit=As part of manifesting a power, you can increase your manifester level by 1. However, you take one point of [[Bleedout (3.5e Condition)|bleed]] per level of the manifested power and you have a 5% chance of instant [[Bleedout (3.5e Condition)|bleedout]]. If you [[Bleedout (3.5e Condition)|bleedout]] as a result of using oversurge, you lose a number of power points equal to twice your manifester level in addition to the normal effects. At 5th level and each five levels thereafter, you can take an additional point of [[Bleedout (3.5e Condition)|bleed]] in exchange for an additional +1 bonus on manifester level.
The bonus granted by this feat does not stack with [[SRD:Overchannel|overchannel]]. However, you can combine it with wild surge, increasing your wild surge bonus by +1 but suffering the risks and consequences of both; at 6th level and each six levels thereafter, the bonus to wild surge increases by 1.
