You can nova, but only if you can wait 9 days for your 9th level Whatever spell slot to come back. ::There's also spells I can think of that simply get pushed out of bounds if all numerical effects are doubled. Especially VH high level spells that aren't meant to be able to benefit from such effects before epic levels in the first place.
