This invocation replicate the effect of [[Magic Jar Variant (3.5e Spell)|variant magic jar]] except it can only be used on creature of CR 2 or lower (you are aware if the subject is too powerful before using the invocation), if the target succeed it save it is immune to further possession attempts for 24 hours.
When you gain access to greater invocation you can use it on creature of CR 4 or lower and to creature of CR 6 or lower when you gain access to dark invocation.
''Special'': If a warlock has the ghost or infernal [[Very High Warlock (3.5e Class)|bloodline]] she can has access to all of the possessed creature's memories and mannerism (which grant her a +10 bonus to bluff when pretending to be the possessed creature). She does not retain any of the possessed creature memory after leaving the body except bits and pieces she took time to learn specifically.
