Changes

I've been looking at it, and I wonder, given it's not actually a complete shutdown of casters per se... would this do better as a Mass spell? With touch and save negates and enchantment on a good save, things are pretty stacked against you anyway. Mass would also contribute to the chaotic aspect of the spell.
