Changes

:I considered making individual pages for each power, but decided that because of all the campaign-specific themes and limitations that will be going into this class, it likely wouldn't be too useful to anyone outside my gaming group and thus wouldn't be mainspace-worthy. I'm also not too fond of the idea of throwing something into the mainspace before I have a full idea of where it's going! Once I figure those things out (maybe I'll surprise myself and keep the Devira-specific rules out enough that it's playable in other campaigns), I'll revisit placing the class in the mainspace.
