As the monster from which it was taken, Lamashtu's Tooth creates monsters by filling them with Abyssal energy and changing their forms accordingly. A mortal creature slain by an attack from this weapon is transformed into a demon with a CR equal to their own. The creature doesn't retain any of its previous memories or allegiances, but nor does it have any particular allegiance to Pazuzu (a fact for which he cares little). If slain in this form they cannot be raised by any means, but a ''[[SRD:Wish|wish]]'' or ''[[SRD:Miracle|miracle]]'' spell cast on them while they are still alive in this new form will restore their previous form.
