The sun thanks you for the donation.

With a flick of the wrist you eject the target from the bonds of earth. It flies upward and quickly reaches outer space after 1 minute, in which it establishes a solar orbit around the sun. Most creatures will die shortly after being exposed to the void of space which has no air and deals 1d4 points of damage from the vacuum each round if the creature has exposed soft fleshy parts. A hard shell, hardness, or other form of protection protects against this damage. A successful Reflex save only throws the creature up 50 ft and deals 10d6 damage from the shockwave. If they hit a roof they may take falling damage as if they fell the distance traveled.

Targets thrown into space may be able to save themselves. Flight, even supernatural flight, is not sufficient to overwhelm the acceleration away from the planet. Teleportation works, but only if they teleport somewhere with a roof. In the case of a roof, either teleported there after the fact or encountering a roof upon first being afflicted, they are slammed against the roof and they and the roof take 1d6 points of damage/level (maximum 20d6 at 20th). Usually soft roofs make this non-lethal damage. If this is sufficient to break the roof their travel continues out into space, otherwise they stop and the spell ends.

A target thrown into solar orbit will remain there until rescued or until a year passes. Their speed slowly but exponentially decreases with each orbit and after a year they crash into the sun. If they weren't destroyed before, they are now.

Dispel magic does not stop the spell once it has affected the target, but break enchantment stops the acceleration/deceleration of the spell allowing targets to return to earth naturally if they can. Freedom cast upon the location they launched from also works.

Material Component: Vials of liquid hydrogen and oxygen worth 500 gp. Do not mix.
