Smite Disobedience [General] "Kneel or die; your choice."Prerequisites: Lawful Evil, Smite Good class abilityBenefit: As a move action you can issue an order to a single non-mindless creature within 60 ft. If the target does not comply with the order or refuses it outright, it becomes a valid target for your smite ability no matter its alignment. The target is aware of the consequences of not following the order. If the order is unable to be completed within 1 round, suicidal, or not understood, the target may use a standard action on its turn to attempt compliance. Doing so prevents the creature from being targeted by your smite, unless normally affected, but does not protect them from further orders.

In addition to the above benefits, your smite good ability carries your tyranny. When hit a foe with an attack modified with smite good, you can include the effect of command on a successful hit with a Will save to negate (DC 10 + 1/2 HD + your Charisma modifier). In the case of pathfinder smite good (or any version of smite good which lasts for more than 1 attack), only the first hit in a smite causes this effect. Special: A lawful neutral character with Smite Chaos may take this feat, however her orders must be legally binding or within her authority to give.
