The boots have gripping talons in front, allowing a steady controlled fall forward even in the most rough of terrain.
When wearing these boots, you can charge in difficult terrain (but you still face other penalties, such as moving at half speed) and you only need to move 5 ft to charge (but it must be a move action and not a 5 ft step) and 10 ft to count as having a running jump.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, longstrider.
Cost to Create: 4000, 320 EXP, 8 days.
