Skillful Jack [General]
Benefit: If you possess 4 ranks in 12 different skills, you gain a +2 bonus on all skill checks you have at least 4 ranks in. If you possess 13 ranks in 12 different, you gain a +4 bonus on all skill checks you have at least 13 ranks in. You gain a virtual skill rank in any skill without skill ranks invested, allowing you to use them as if you were trained and gaining a +1 bonus to these skills.
