This fully enhanced singing songbook, when asked and it obliges, sings a song written in its pages. The book's pages hold space for 20 songs with a +14 Perform (Singing) modifier. It can learn other songs, but it never forgets a song written in its pages. It has an animated mouth on its cover, but otherwise looks like a well-made hardbound leather book.
It has Intelligence 16, Wisdom 10 and Charisma 16. It can see (with darkvision out to 60 feet) and hear. It speaks and reads Common, Elven, Sylvan and Celestial, though it can also communicate telepathically with anyone holding it. It has a +13 modifier in Decipher Script and Knowledge (Local) and can create a major image 1/day. It has an Ego of 11. Like many magic items, it can glow at will.
The voice of the book is determined by the creator when crafted.
This singing songbook never bestows negative levels to those who pick it up, but is otherwise neutrally aligned.
