Shocker Lizard, Paragon [Racial]
When advancing in size the shocker lizard gorges eating a week's worth of food and then finds a safe place to rest, sleeping for 1 week as their body changes rapidly, developing extra limbs or growing in size.Prerequisites: Shocker Lizard race (includes Civilized Shocker Lizard)Benefit: This feat grants benefits based on HD:
- 1 HD: Your Natural Armor increases by +2 and you have a bite attack (1d4 damage + Strength modifier) as a natural weapon. Maximum age result is doubled for aging effects.
- 3 HD: Your size increases to Medium along with the usual changes. You gain +10' to base movement speed. Your Stunning Shock ability now can deal lethal damage if you choose, and can be used up to 5' range +5' per 5 HD. You, however, lose the ability to use Lethal Shock.
- 6 HD: You meet the prerequisites for Large Size as a Monstrous Feat. If you become Large size then you lose Stunning Shock and instead gain Breath Weapon: Line of lightning 5 feet wide, 5 feet high, and 20 feet long, once a minute; damage 4d6, Reflex half (Constitution based DC).
- 9 HD: You gain Improved Grab with your bite attack. You also grow an additional pair of arms. All of your arms gain claw attacks (1d3 damage + 1/2 Strength modifier, at Medium size) as natural weapons.
- 12 HD: If you are Large then you meet the prerequisites for Huge Size as a Monstrous Feat. If you become Huge size then your Breath Weapon deals 7d6 damage.
- 15 HD: You grow an additional pair of legs. You gain Constrict. When you grab a foe with your bite, you can coil your body around the foe and deal 1d8 + Strength modifier damage (at Medium size) with a successful grapple check against creatures your size or smaller. Maximum age result is quadrupled for aging effects.
