Shark Teeth [Vile, Deformity]
Prerequisites: Willing DeformityBenefit: Through ingestion of strange alchemical substances, fiendish corruption or some other deformities, your teeth become extremely elongated, pointy and sharp. Upon taking this feat you gain a two-handed shark bite Feral Strike which deal 1d8 damage (for a medium creature) with a 18-20/x2 critical threat range. When making a full-attack action, you may make a single extra attack with your shark bite before or after other attacks. If you do so, this attack and all other attacks made in the round are made with a -2 penalty.
However you are left with a terrifying grin, you take a -4 penalty to all charisma-based check except Intimidate against anyone who can see your smile. Once per day per creature, you may flash your smile as a free action to make an Intimidate check to Demoralize Opponent with a range of 30 feet. A foe intimidated this way is At Bay from you rather than Shaken.
