When making a full-attack action, you may make a single extra attack with your shark bite before or after other attacks. If you do so, this attack and all other attacks made in the round are made with a -2 penalty.

However you are left with a terrifying grin, you take a -4 penalty to all charisma-based check except Intimidate against anyone who can see your smile. Once per day per creature, you may flash your smile as a free action to make an Intimidate check to Demoralize Opponent with a range of 30 feet.
