You manipulate the senses of the subject, rendering them null. On a failed saving throw, you render the subject blinded and deafened as well as removing any extraordinary sensory ability (such as blindsense, blindsight, scent, tremorsense, etc). This includes the sense of touch and the ability to feel pain.
The subject still keeps any supernatural sense it possesses. If the target has no way of perceiving the outside world, it is Helpless, although still capable of acting, albeit without much agency on its actions.
A break enchantment or stronger effect remove sensory deprivation without fail.
