Secret of the Black Lightning [General]
Your studies of Indra, Ib-Dyn and a few other great electromancers granted you incredible insight in the power of electricity.Prerequisites: Must be able to cast 7th level [electricity] arcane spells and bolt of indra.Benefit: When casting [electricity] spell your caster level increase by 2, additionally you can cast call lightning as a spell-like ability at will. Finally you add the following spell to your spell list: Ib-Dyn's ionic conduit.
