An outfit made of seashells, usually in the form of a bikini but it can take several forms, it does not leave very much to the imagination. The bikini is usually created and enhanced by Merfolks and Naiads and can be used by both aquatic and non-aquatic creatures, although only by humanoid creatures.
When worn by an humanoid or humanoid-like creature without the aquatic subtype it place them under a constant water breathing effect and allow them to move 1/2 of their speed on a successful Swim check and one-quarter their speed on a failed swim check. If worn by a creature with a swim speed, it increase by 10 ft and allow them to move half their speed on a failed swim check.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, water breathing, crafter must be a creature with the Aquatic subtype.
Cost to Create: 1,250 GP, 100 EXP, 2 days.
