You unleash a cone of scorching hot mud from your outstretched hand, dealing 1d6 fire damage per character level (max 15d6) to all creatures within its area. A successful Reflex save halves the damage.
All creatures who failed their Reflex save are covered in the rapidly-cooling but still boiling mud, taking 4d6 fire damage at the start of their own turn. Each subsequent turn after the damage is reduced by 1d6, until it completely cools down at the start of the 4th round. A character can scrape off the mud as a standard action, preventing any further damage. If an afflicted creature is inflicted 5 or more cold damage, or is rapidly cooled such as jumping in cool water the effect immediately ends.
