Prerequisites: Caster Level 5th, Craft Wondrous Item, Knowledge (Arcana) 6 ranks, Craft (Alchemy) 6 ranks, Spellcraft 6 ranksBenefit: You have uncovered the secrets of using and making Rune Arms and Rune Orbs. You are proficient with their use and can craft them with the Craft Wondrous Item feat. You are also proficient with them as Spellcasting Implements.
Normal: Rune Arms and Rune Orbs cannot be used whatsoever without this feat.
