Reactive Riposte [Fighter]
Prerequisites: Combat Expertise, Reactive Parry, BAB +4Benefit: Once per round, when you've just successfully Parried an attack made by an opponent, you may make an Attack of Opportunity against them. They are treated as flat-footed against this single attack, and thus are subject to Sneak Attack or similar abilities if you have them. This is an exception to the rule that you cannot make an attack of opportunity when using the Total Defense action.
As a side benefit, the character gains on additional Attack of Opportunity per round, which does not stack with those granted by the Combat Reflexes feat or similar abilities.
If your Base Attack Bonus is +6 or higher and you possess Combat Reflexes or a feat that counts as Combat Reflexes, you may use this feat whenever a foe misses you in melee, not just when you successfully Parry an attack.
If you possess the Expert Combat Reflexes feat, when using the Combat Reflexes feat, fighting defensively, or using the Total Defense action, the "Once per round" limit on the Riposte attack goes away, allowing you to Parry and Riposte any number of attacks, provided you have enough attacks of opportunity to do so.
Special: A Fighter may take Reactive Riposte as one of her Fighter bonus feats.
