This suit of full plate is easy to move in and grants limited flight abilities.
The raptor armor is a set of +1 full plate which has a set of large metal wings on the back, taking up your shoulder slot. In exchange the magical jets upon the wings augment your speed. You do not reduce your speed for wearing heavy armor, or gain +10 speed if you ignored the speed reduction in the first place (such as if you are a dwarf).
You may use updraftSpC as a spell-like ability at will, but only after you have been touching the ground for at least 1 round. In addition you can glide. For every 5 ft you descend you may move up to 20 ft, up to your normal land speed (perfect maneuverability). Combined with the updraft ability, and you can launch upward and glide long distances.
Prerequisites: Craft Magic Arms and Armor, updraftSpC.
