As you cast this spell, you create a magical bow in your hand (or use your own bow) and fire a single arrow into the sky. One round later a storm of arrows comes down, dealing 1d6 magical piercing damages per caster level (max 10d6) to all creatures caught in the area. The downpour of arrows last for 3 rounds, dealing half its normal damage all creatures passing through (reflex half) and it area is considered difficult terrain while the spell's duration is ongoing. A creature can only be damaged once per by round by this spell.
While the spell's duration is ongoing you may take a standard action to move the area by 20 ft, damaging all creatures it passes through.
