Look out! In an instant a small shield shaped vortex of wind whipped up, deflecting the arrow just in time. That was close.
You generate a very brief shield-sized vortex of wind which helps deflect ranged attacks. You deflect a single ranged attack with wind as as if protected by wind wall, with the same restrictions and limitations. The shield lasts only for an instant before it is gone.
