On any metal or stone surface you can polish it to become extremely smooth. If a wall, the climb DC increases by +10. If the floor it becomes smooth and slippery as glass incuring an effect like Grease. Finally it can be used to turn up to 50 normal rocks into masterwork sling ammo for the duration. Doesn't work on non-stone or metal surfaces, and magical items get a Fortitude saving throw to negate.
If cast in a spell slot two levels higher, the duration becomes 10 minutes/level (D). If cast in a spell slot four levels higher, the duration becomes Instantaneous.
