Poison Maker [General] You're constantly mixing up poisons from materials on-hand.Prerequisites: Craft (Alchemy) 1 rankBenefit: You can apply poisons that deal 1d4 damage to a physical ability score, at will. These poisons require injury to activate, and have a DC equal to 10 + 0.5 ½ + your Int modifier. When exposed to the atmosphere, the poisons are rendered inert if not used within 4 rounds. Special: You can create unique poisons from the corpses of unique creatures with challenge ratings greater than 3. This is up to the DM and requires a Craft (Alchemy) check of at least 20. Some examples would be a poison that paralyzes someone from the remains of a Lich, or a special damaging poison that deals 4d6 extra damage from a baleful teleportation from the corpse of an Ethereal Filcher.
