Piercing Eyes [General] You can shoot arrows by your eyes.Prerequisites: Precise ShotBenefit: You can shoot arrows by your eyes like if you had a splitting shortbow of your size as an attack action. You do not need free hands or ammunition in order to use this ability. Normal: You can't shoot arrows with your eyes.
