| Hit: 3[W] + 2[B] + Dexterity modifier damage, and the target is immobilized (save ends). If the target succeeds on its saving throw, it is slowed (save ends). Saving throws against these effects take a -5 penalty. | |
| Miss: Half damage, and the target is slowed (save ends). Saving throws against this effect take a -5 penalty. | |
