The Pagan Tattoos are psionic ensign hidden in body art, usually imbued by Deep Crystal. These tattoo usually allow the user to replicate power, but a few have other effects instead. When used to manifest a power, the bearer of the pagan tattoo use her own manifester level for their effect and must spend her own power points to manifest and augment it as if it was a normal power known.
A Pagan Tattoo radiate an Universal Aura based on the bearer's manifester level. The various Pagan Tattoos are chosen from this list:
- Blinding Moon: This tattoo of a large full moon can be activated once per day, manifesting a blinding flash power. A Blinding Moon tattoo cost 2000 gp and require 4 hours to ink on skin.
- Crystal Ball: This tattoo of a small crystal ball can be activated once per day, manifesting a clairvoyant sense. A Crystal Ball tattoo cost 1500 gp and require 4 hours to ink on skin.
- Star Chart: This tattoo of a starlit sky always represent the position of the accurate stars at the current location and moment. A Star Chart tattoo cost 500 gp and require 8 hours to ink on skin.
A creature may have up to her manifester ability modifier in such tattoo on themselves. Since they are inscribed on skin they cannot be removed through typical methods. If a Pagan Tattoo is dispelled it lose all powers for 24 hours.
Prerequisites: Craft Universal Item, crafter must use a Deep Crystal needle worth 100 gp to inscribe the tattoos on skin.
