In her natural state, Olhydra appears as a huge water elemental. She delights in causing destruction. She is powerful enough to be an otherworldly patron to warlocks and a power source to sorcerers. She is worshiped by cults of elemental evil who embrace her for her destructive nature.

If Olhydra fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead. Water Form. Olhydra can enter a hostile creature’s space and stop there. She can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.  Actions Multiattack. Slam. Melee Weapon Attack Water Jet. Ranged Weapon Attack Summon Elemental (1/Day).  Legendary Actions The elemental can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. The elemental regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn. Crush. Fling (Costs 2 Actions). Water to Acid (Costs 3 Actions).

 When fighting inside its lair, an olhydra can use lair actions. On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), the elemental takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the elemental can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:

• Grasping Tide.
• Murky Water.
• Freezing Fog.

If she dies, effects end within 1d10 days.
