Bianca found that rockets were a lot easier when you didn't need fuel for them. The only problem of course was slowing them back down.

You touch an object up to 100 lbs/level in material and reverse it from normal mass to negative mass. As a result, gravity repels it (as per reverse gravity) but with a permenant (D) duration. You can choose to make less of it negative mass, and if you go half and half, the item effectively weighs nothing and floats. It still has mass, and you may still need strength to push, pull, or otherwise manipulate it. It is an effective way to create a flying castle on a bedrock of negative mass with an equally heavy castle on top. Attended objects get Will saves to negate. The casting time is 1 round for every 500 lbs you are affecting.

You also can use the exotic matter of negative mass to re-open closed portals and gate spells which existed 1 minute/level ago. The re-opened gate lasts for Concentration, up to 1 round/level.
