Prerequisites: Must have eyesBenefit: You have the potential for supernatural eye powers. You gain a racial bonus on Search and Spot checks equal to 1 + the number of Mystic Eyes Heritage feats you have (including this one).
You gain a Strain Tolerance Score equal to your Constitution score plus half of your ECL rounded down. All Mystic Eyes techniques granted by Mystic Eyes Heritage Feats have an effective level for determining their Strain cost.
Your effective caster level for Mystic Eyes techniques is equal to your ECL.
