You alter the properties of a creature, object, or area in space to absorb and muffle noises. For creatures, this grants them a +2 circumstance bonus to Move Silently checks. Objects make reduced noise, and the noises they produce sound like they are twice as far away. If cast at an immobile point in space it produces a 10 ft radius bubble of muffled noise. Either of these two effects apply to any creature inside the area.
Reverse: Affected creatures, objects, or areas produce more noise than they should. On a failed save they gain a -4 penalty to Move Silently checks for the duration. Objects can be heard as if they were only half as far away. Like the other form, this can be set at a point in space as well. There is no save on the fixed version.
Interjections like this do not have primal utterances.
