Upon manifesting this power, the next power you manifest until the start of your next turn ignores any immunity to effects that have the Mind-affecting or Fear descriptors, regardless of whether the immunity is inherent (such as Undead creatures) or from some ability (such as the mind blank spell). This power do not allow you to bypass the immunity of a mindless creature or object.
