This silky black mantle has a blank summoning circle embroidered on the back. During the binding process, the circle is filled with the sigil of the vestige in pulsating glowing red light.
The mantle of binding grants you the soul binding ability of a 1st level binderToM or your own binder level, whichever is higher. To activate it you must spend 1 minute drawing the seal, meeting any requirements for the vestige, and making the Charisma check required to determine a good or a bad pact. The pact remains for 24 hours or until expelled (if you possess the appropriate ability to).
If you are already a binder, the vestige gained through the mantle stacks as if you could bind +1 vestiges at a time.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, planar binding, 8th level binder.
