In a process more intense and dangerous than any mere permanency spell, the body may have parts of them enchanted so that magical equipment can be worn without taking up the assumed body slot. In this case, the eyes are removed, soaked, and bonded in a thick magical substance not unlike the creation of living spell oozes. The bonding process binds the spell and its effects into the body slot, altering them forever. Though the graft is typically one own's original body part, the process creates obvious aberrations: different eye colors, bloodshot eyes, glowing eyes, strange ruins, leaking black tears, and other abnormalities.
Take a magical item which works in the face slot. This effect is now applied to your eyes, at +50% the cost of the original magical item. The magic item effect can no longer be dispelled, but is can be suppressed, and it is treated as an artifact for interacting with mage's disjunction. After the graft is applied it can be further upgraded as if it were a magic item as needed, with the +50% cost applied.
Graft Flesh (Any), Spellcraft DC 25, uses the same spell components as the magic item in question; Price As magic item +50% cost
