A Lasting Philter is an interesting type of Potion designed to be refillable. Unlike a normal potion, after a lasting philter is consumed it leave a strange powder at the bottom of it bottle. A lasting philter can be refilled with alchemically treated water, which require a DC 20 Craft (Alchemy) check made over the course of an hour. After 24 hours passed, the water and powder mix restoring the potion into a consumable mixture. If it consumed before it is ready it has no effect and must be refilled.
A Lasting Philter cost three time as much as a potion of the same kind.
Prerequisites: Brew Potion, Various, Craft must have at least 4 ranks in Craft (Alchemy).
