Intelligence and Skill[edit]

If you aren't smart you aren't playing the skill game, and that bullshit. On the other hand high Int should be rewarded, and im fine with high Int characters getting more skills. So here a small but reasonable fix.

You add 1 or your Intelligence modifier as extra skill points per level, whichever is higher. So a wizard with a int of 19 would add 4 extra skill points per level while a sorcerer with 7 Int would add 1 extra skill point per level.
