Inexorable Breath [Metabreath]
Prerequisites: breath weapon which requires a saving throw, Con 17+, any two metabreath featsBenefit: When you use your breath weapon, you can choose for it to force all affected creatures to roll twice on their saving throw and take the worse result. If your breath has multiple saves, you may choose which save this feat applies to each time you use it.
When you use this feat, add 2 to the number of rounds you must wait before using your breath weapon again.
Special: If an affected creature is allowed a re-roll from another source (such as a luck re-roll), determine the result from this feat before any other re-rolls.
