Impure Thoughts[edit]
Some items are touched by beings called Elder Evil, whose capacities often time ranks them above the Gods. These particular weapons were touched by the Elder Evil Rishta, Mistress of Impure Thoughts. This particular enhancement can only be added to a weapon with Intelligent enhancement which is evil-aligned. It grant the wielder the ability to communicate through Telepathy within 100 feet and plant dark thoughts in the mind of vulnerable targets.
Once per day per creature, the wielder may plant a insidious suggestion directly into a creature's mind. This ability may only be used on creature who are indifferent or friendlier toward the wielder.
Strong Evil, Necromancy and Transmutation; CL 12th; Craft Magic Arms and Armor, Dark Brand (Rishta, Mistress of Impure Thoughts), bestow curse, insidious suggestion; Price: +1.
