Improved Bombs [Fighter, Bomb]
Prerequisites: Craft (Alchemy) 8 ranks, and either Bomb class feature or Grenadier Dabbling (3.5e Feat)Benefit: You can make better bombs than usual. You can use your ranks in Craft (Alchemy) as your effective class level (Or one-half your ranks in Craft (Alchemy) if you learned to make bombs via the Grenadier Dabbling feat) to determine the damage your bombs deal, if it's higher than your normal effective class level. However, this has no effect on the save DC of the bombs.
Example: Markos, a Grenadier, just hit level 6 and decides to take this feat as his level 6 feat. He has maximum ranks in Craft (Alchemy), which for his level, is 9. His bombs would ordinarily deal 3d6 damage, but since his Craft (Alchemy) skill is higher, his bombs deal damage as a 9th-level Grenadier's, increasing the damage to 5d6. However, the save DC is still equal to 10 + 3 (half his class level) plus his Intelligence modifier, as normal.Special: A Fighter can select Extra Bombs as one of her Fighter bonus feats.
