How can mirrors be real if our eyes aren't real?
When you cast this spell you briefly gain a holographic pair of eyes covering your own eyes which quickly fades away. Those affected can see the world even if they close their eyes or are blinded, with a phantasmal illusion projected into their minds to show them the surroundings. Because this is not real sight, using this vision renders you immune to dazzling, blinding, and gaze attacks. However, because it is all in your head what you see does not always match up with what actually is occurring. You suffer from a 20% miss chance, and a 20% chance each round you are flatfooted for 1 round when relying on this vision.
If applied to a creature which is naturally blind, the information overload muddles their senses rendering them confused for the duration.
