Hear the Earth's Murmurs

The ground rose up, forming a wall on one side and a great ramp on the other.

The caster must go prone to cast this spell. They listen to the earth and are able to feel vibrations from the area ahead as if they possessed tremorsense in a 20 ft radius spread. You don’t need line of sight or line of effect, but the locale must be known—a place familiar to you or an obvious one. You can determine the location, number, and size of creatures in the area but not any visual details, nor can you determine creatures not touching the ground.
