Your weapon is covered in unsettling eyes that expand your vision, and punish those that do not (or cannot) meet its gaze. As long as you wield the weapon you gain Darkvision 60 ft, or improve your existing darkvision by +30 ft. You also gain a +2 circumstance bonus to Spot checks. Once per day per point of enhancement bonus on the weapon (minimum 1) you can fire a ray from one of the eyes out to 30 ft as part of an attack (or a standard action) without provoking attacks of opportunity. Those struck must make a Fortitude save DC 12 + your highest mental ability bonus or become blind for 1d4 rounds.
Against blind creatures, your blade fills their mind with eyes. The weapon becomes spectral and deals psychic damage (untyped damage with the mind-effecting tag).
