Features
Mind Freeze Aura. Creatures within 30 feet of her must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or be slowed; If this save if failed by 10 or more the creature is also stunned. The creature may repeat this save at the end of each of its turns ending the effect on a success.
Multiattack. The frostwind virago makes two Frostbite Touch attacks.
Frostbite Touch. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6+5) piercing damage plus 6 (2d6)cold damage.
Captivating Call (1/Day). The frostwind virago speaks and all creatures (except for frostwind viragos) within a 300-foot radius sphere centered on her must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed. The charm continues as long as the frostwind virago concentrates (as if on a spell). While charmed, the creature will move by the most direct route possible toward the frostwind virago (avoiding obstacles) and end its movement within 5 feet of her. Captivated creatures fail any saving throws they take. Taking damage does not break the charmed effect.
Icy Vortex (Recharge 4-6). Swirling winds and ice cover a 30-foot sphere centered on the frostwind virago. All creatures, except for frostwind viragos, must attempt a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw. The creatures take 12 (4d6) piercing damage and 12 (4d6) cold damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful save.
|
Frostwind Virago are anthropomorphic fey that appear as a beautiful humanoid-esk female clothed in furs. They personify the cruelty of a hard winter.
