You generate 20 50-foot cubes of cold so intense that it freezes life to a halt. Each cube must be within 600 feet of you, and two cubes cannot overlap, but other than that, there's no limit as to where you can place them. All creatures caught in at least one cube take 40d12 cold damage (with a Reflex save allowed for half) and gain 4d6 negative levels (with a Fortitude save allowed for half). A creature caught in the area of multiple cubes suffers the full effect of each. Kyurem greedily drinks the life of all who dare to challenge it.
