Becoming one with the Force is the ultimate goal of every Jedi, and by taking a tiny step closer to this, they can become bound to others, closely enough to share thoughts and each other's awareness.
This functions identically to mindlink, except that it can affect one additional target per two character levels of the user beyond 1st. Additionally, all creatures so linked share their senses to some degree. If one is aware of a particular danger, they all are. If one of them is not flatfooted, none of them are. No creature in the group is considered flanked unless all of them are.
