First Aid
Your methods of healing are effective, but temporary until you can obtain real recovery.
Benefit: You always heal the maximum amount of hit points for any healing effect. However, the recovered hit points are temporary hit points and the total of your hit points plus temporary hit points from this trait cannot exceed your maximum hit points.
Drawback: Temporary hit points do not stack. Temporary hit points are replaced by actual hit points upon recovery (as to not exceed your maximum hit points).
Roleplaying Ideas: Your healing is designed to save people until they can get proper recovery and healing elsewhere.
