Energy Rocket[edit]
With a mighty swing your weapon flies up, opponent in tow, and explodes into a surge of energy.
Energy rocket weapons can only be applied to melee weapons that deal some manner of energy damage. It grants a special melee attack as a standard action, dealing normal damage and forcing a Fortitude save DC 10 + 1/2 BAB + modifier for attacking. On a failed save the target is pushed back up to 10 ft + 5 ft per 2 BAB in a direction of your choice and at the end of their movement the weapon explodes in a surge of the appropriate energy type, dealing 1d6 energy damage per 2 BAB (minimum 1d6) in a 10 ft radius explosion. Creatures get a Reflex save for half, but the original creature pushed receives no save against this damage. The weapon re-appears in the hand of its user at the start of their next turn.
Unusual types such as sonic and force energy types deal die a size smaller (1d4).
Creatures can be pushed upward, dealing falling damage as appropriate. The creature stops and explodes prematurely if it impacts any object or creature in the way.
This ability may be used once every 1d4 rounds. The forced movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity, and stability applies on the initial saving throw.
Faint psychokinesis; ML 5th; Craft Psionic Arms and Armor, energy push; Price: +2.
