You need a pick me up, before you have an emotional crash.
You convert a morale penalty into a morale bonus, or alternatively convert a morale bonus into a morale penalty. The effect continues its normal duration otherwise. If the saving throw against it is successful the bonus or penalty is unchanged, but you can choose to halve its duration instead.
If cast in a spell slot two levels higher, it becomes Mass Emotional Switch and effects up to one target per caster level in range.
